The Roma Access Program at Central European University is pleased to announce its call for applications for the academic year 2011/2012.
Scholarship Details:
The scholarship is announced to prepare promising Roma youth to compete for places of study at CEU and other post-graduate programs at other recognized universities. RAP seeks to attract students with a special interest in the social sciences and humanities.and prepare Roma students for their chosen field of study through intensive classes in the fields of Gender Studies, International Relations and European Studies, Law/Human Rights, Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology.
Young Roma from Central and Eastern Europe who have university/college degree in any field preferably in the Social Sciences or the Humanities by July 2011 can apply for this scholarship.The candidate should have strong interest in post-graduate university education and must have at least pre-intermediate English language skills. The applicant should have desire to study in a multicultural and international environment. All accepted students will be awarded full scholarships, covering travel, tuition and fees, health insurance, study materials, housing, and living expenses.
