Scholarship Details:
Endowed bursary; established to honour Dr Murray Nicholson’s love of learning and dedication as a teacher; if an eligible applicant in the humanities or social sciences is not identified, applicants from other academic disciplines who meet all other criteria will be considered.
Eligibility Details:
-Full or part-time mature students (minimum 21 years of age and employed for a minimum of two years after graduation from secondary school);
-First consideration will be given to a student studying in the humanities or social sciences; satisfactory academic standing (minimum cumulative GPA of 4.0 [C-]);
-Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident (landed immigrant) or Protected Person;
-long-term resident of Ontario;
-proven financial need.
