Scholarship Details:
In 2012 Fresenius Kabi Australia Pty Limited (FKA) wishes to make available funds totaling $10,000 to members of The Society of Hospital Pharmacists (SHPA). Up to $5,000 will be awarded as one or more grants to enable the successful applicant(s) to embark. Interested applicants are invited to discuss their area of interest with the Chair (or other members) of the Cancer Services Committee of Specialty Practice (COSP). Pharmacists with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Details:
:-Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months current membership with SHPA.
-Applicants must be working in the field of cancer services or managing a unit that provides cancer pharmacy services.
-Applications for funding will not be considered if the preceptorship has commenced or concluded at the time of the grant closing date.
