Institute of Fundamental Sciences Summer Scholarship in Statistics 2011 – New Zealand

Scholarship Details:

TheInstitute of Fundamental Sciences will provide up to four Summer Scholarships, one in each of the subject areas of Chemistry*, Mathematics, Physics* and Statistics, tenable over the 2010/2011 summer. The value of each Scholarship is $5,500 (non-taxable). These Scholarships are available to Massey University students who wish to undertake research work under the supervision of a member of the Institute staff. The tenure of each Scholarship will be for a minimum of ten weeks, the commencement date in 2010 to be negotiated with the successful applicant, and will terminate before the start of Semester 1 2011.

Successful Candidates:

The successful applicant is required to submit a report of their research at the conclusion of their contract to be submitted to their supervisor.
