Scholarship Details:

Special fund (endowed); in honors of Dr Lawrence E Toombs, professor emeritus of religion and culture and recipient of the WLU Outstanding Teacher Award of 1980; successful applicants must provide documentation indicating participation in fieldwork in order for the funds to be released.

Eligibility Details:

-Full-time undergraduate students in Honors’ Archaeology who require academic credit and will participate in a Laurier-sponsored or approved excavation in the Near East or the Greco-Roman Mediterranean world as part of their curriculum; minimum cumulative GPA of 8.00;
-proven financial need.
